Appointments Policy
Rapid Online Appointments:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests:
Clients are required to contact us at least 3 hours in advance to cancel their Rapid Consult appointment and at least 1 hour in advance to reschedule their appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.
2. Late Cancellations:
If a client cancels their appointment with less than 3 hours' notice, no refunds will be provided. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment to a more convenient time.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are encouraged to reschedule their appointments at least 1 hour before the scheduled time to avoid any inconvenience. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
4. Booking Flexibility:
Appointments for Rapid Consult can be booked as soon as 1 hour in advance. However, clients should be aware that our 3-hour cancellation policy applies once the appointment is booked. No refunds will be given if a client cancels due to our cancellation policy prior to the appointment start time.
Rapid PLUS Appointments:
1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests:
Clients are kindly requested to contact us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their Rapid PLUS appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list and ensures optimal scheduling for everyone.
2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
In the event that a client cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we regret to inform that refunds will not be provided. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are committed to working with our clients to find a suitable alternative appointment time.
3. Rescheduling Policy:
We are dedicated to providing flexibility and convenience to our clients. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request based on availability.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
We recognize that there may be exceptional circumstances beyond a client's control that necessitate last-minute cancellations or rescheduling. In such cases, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly to discuss their situation, and we will make every effort to assist them accordingly.
Subscription Policy
Rapid Online Subscription:
1. Appointment Allocation:
Clients with Rapid Online Monthly subscriptions are entitled to 6 appointments per 3-month period, while clients with Rapid Online Yearly subscriptions are entitled to 24 appointments per year. These appointments can be used throughout the month as per the client's convenience at a maximum frequency of 1 appointment per day.
2. Validity Period:
The appointments included in Rapid Online Monthly subscriptions are valid for use within a 90-day period starting from the date of purchase or renewal. Appointments included in Rapid Online Yearly subscriptions are valid for use within 365 days from purchase. Appointments leftover from previous billing periods will not rollover to the next billing period.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments:
The cancellation and rescheduling policy "Rapid Online Appointments" outlined above applies to these appointments. Clients are requested to adhere to the 24-hour notice period for cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Rapid PLUS Subscription:
1. Appointment Allocation:
Clients with Rapid PLUS 2 subscriptions are entitled to 2 appointments per month, while clients with Rapid PLUS 4 subscriptions are entitled to 4 appointments per month. These appointments can be used throughout the month as per the client's convenience.
2. Validity Period:
The appointments included in Rapid PLUS subscriptions are valid for use within a 90-day period starting from the date of purchase or renewal.
3. Subscription Options:
Clients have the option of paying the full price for the membership on a month-to-month basis or purchasing the subscription, which includes a discount for each service. By choosing the subscription option, clients agree to subscribe for a minimum of 2 months.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments:
The cancellation and rescheduling policy "Rapid PLUS Appointments" outlined above applies to Rapid PLUS appointments. Clients are requested to adhere to the 24-hour notice period for cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
Rapid Online Subscription:
1. Initial Cancellation Period:
Clients who subscribe to the Rapid Online Monthly or Yearly Subscription may cancel their subscription only before using the first visit during the first billing period in order to receive a full refund. Once the first visit is utilized, no refunds will be provided for that billing period.
2. Billing Renewal:
Subsequent billing periods will be charged on the respective billing renewal date. Clients may choose to cancel their subscription after the first billing period, but no refunds will be provided for any processed subscription payments.
3. Appointment Retention:
Regardless of cancellation, clients will retain all appointments included in their subscription for the duration of the subscription period. However, these appointments must be used within the validity period specified for each appointment.
By accepting a full refund, clients hereby waive and relinquish any and all rights to the appointments originally included and entitled to them under the subscription agreement.
4. Cancellations After Renewal:
After a subscription renews, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be given for any subscription payments processed for subsequent billing periods.
Rapid PLUS Subscription:
1. Initial Commitment:
By choosing the subscription option for Rapid PLUS appointments, clients agree to commit to a minimum of 2 months of subscription service.
2. Cancellation Period:
Clients acknowledge that they will not be able to cancel their subscription before the initial 2 renewal periods. After the second renewal, clients are free to cancel their subscription at any point.
During the first billing period of a subscription, a client is able to cancel their subscription and receive a full refund prior to using their first appointment.
3. Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be provided for subscription fees after the subscription renewal date. Once the subscription renews for another term, clients are responsible for the full payment for that term. Clients are allowed to cancel their subscription and will retain the unused appointments until expiration (90-days from subscription renewal).
Refunds will not be provided during the first billing period if a client has already used their first appointment.
4. Cancellation Process and Notice:
It is the responsibility of the client to initiate the cancellation of their subscription. Clients must cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date if they wish to discontinue the service. Clients must provide sufficient notice of their intent to cancel the subscription to ensure that it is processed before the next renewal date. Failure to do so may result in automatic renewal and subsequent charges.
By subscribing to our Rapid Online and Rapid PLUS services and subscriptions, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
