Rapid Rehabilitation supports physical therapists in providing services to patients. These services explicitly do not include physical therapy or any other services related to the treatment of physical injuries or ailments. Services are rendered by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy, but services are provided from wellness consultation aspect of rehabilitation. When collecting health information for physical therapists, we act as a “business associate” under HIPAA, entering agreements to govern the use, privacy, and security of protected health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA.

 

We may de-identify Personal Information to use without restrictions, including for improving our Website, Application, and products and services.
